Contact and quote forms: your name, phone number, email, dealership name and message.

Job applications: your name, contact details, chosen job family, message and resume if you attach one.

We only collect the information needed for the purposes listed below.

To contact you and respond to your quote or information request.

To review your application and contact you about a job.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for other purposes without your consent.

Consent

By sending a form, you consent to your information being used for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our privacy officer.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add an audience measurement tool, we will ask for your consent before enabling it and update this policy.

Hosting and service providers

The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the Canada (Central) region. Requests sent through our forms are stored in our customer management system.

Our technology providers only access the information needed for their services and are required to protect it.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, then securely destroy or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction, its deletion or the end of its dissemination, and withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, contact our privacy officer. We respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limited to authorized people, and reputable providers.
