Our story
BDC Solutions was born in 2018 from a simple observation: dealerships receive more inquiries and customers than they have time to call back. Web leads go cold, services are forgotten, and end-of-term customers go to competitors.
Drawing on his experience at Auto123, Evolio and Activix, Alain Mimeault founded BDC Solutions to give dealerships a team of trained agents, without having to hire, train and manage an in-house BDC.
Today, BDC Solutions serves more than 80 dealerships in Quebec and Ontario from its call center in Blainville.
